Sigh... it's been a week after the run.... am so lazy to get back to exercising. Took the whole week off last week to "recover" from the marathon.
Felt quite lost with no 'event' to train and work towards haha. Next run - Army Half but that's in August.... have to look for another event to sign up for as motivation to train.... hmmmm..... will check out if there are any runs in Malaysia.
Meanwhile, better hit the gym. Have indulged in too many sweets - cakes, cakes and more cakes these last few days. Am sure my suger count has shot through the roof haha. In fact I just baked another cake - my famous Orange cake with tons of cream cheese frosting..... I'm on a sugar high. Have to give away the rest of the cake or I'll end up eating it for breakfast tomorrow.
